REFUND POLICY

   The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
   For hygiene reasons, swimwear and similar products cannot be returned once opened or worn.

   Items for exchange must meet all the return conditions.
   You may exchange for the same item in a different size or a different style, subject to availability.
3. Return Process

4. Processing Time
   Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange request within 5-7 business days.
   Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank.
5. Shipping Costs
   If the return is due to a product quality issue, we will cover the shipping costs. If the return is for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
